I've used FiberCare for several years and have always had a great experience. Brian is very personable and responsive when scheduling appointments, and Justin is very pleasant and works diligently on getting my carpets and upholstery clean. Having two golden retriever makes carpet cleaning quite a challenge, but FiberCare comes through!

We thought we needed to throw the couch away! One visit and its as good as new.

Atlanta FiberCare did an excellent job for the most part! The carpets look so fresh and clean. There’s a few stains in one of our bedrooms that they weren’t able to get out, but I’m sure they tried their best. Excellent customer service.

This is the second we’ve had Justin out to clean carpets. This time we also had the grout cleaned in our master bath. The carpets and grout look just like new. Justin is thorough, neat and efficient. Fibercare was recommended by a neighbor.

Our basement had reached a point of no return—the dogs had tracked in so much red Georgia mud and left enough "accidents" that I was genuinely embarrassed to let guests go down there. I gave FiberCare of Atlanta a shout, and I’m glad I did. They got out spots I’d scrubbed myself for hours with no luck. All those old pet stains? History. The whole floor looks a shade lighter, and that funky dog smell is actually gone.They were easy to deal with. No pushy sales pitch, just showed up, did the work, and were out of my hair.If your house is losing the war against pets and kids like mine was, just call these guys. It made the basement livable again, which gives me one less thing to stress about.

Highly recommend Fiber Care of Atlanta for general carpet cleaning, carpet stretching, pet stain removal, upholstery, and area rugs (we haven’t needed grout, leather, drapes, or mattress cleaning). We’ve been customers for several years. Customer care and service is exemplary. Careful about moving and replacing furniture and decor, asking questions for clarification, and protecting damp carpet. Flexible scheduling. Price is reasonable and they are efficient. This visit I asked for 5 rooms (including stairs, a large movie room, and a large great room area rug. Thank you Brian for always being on-site. Both of you were delightful to have and I’ll have you back, of course!

A friend referred FiberCare to me and I’m so glad she did! As a mom of 2 small kids and dog owner, we needed our stairs and 2 sofas cleaned. Justin did a great job getting out some stains that I honestly figured were a lost cause. Wow!!! Our cream colored linen dining room chairs look brand new. Justin took special care in restoring them by removing 7 years worth of normal wear with 3 dogs and 2 children in the home, lol.
