We are impressed. They must've waved a magic wand because our carpet and upholstery were heavily soiled and stained. Only one piece of furniture had been previously cleaned, and that was 7 years ago. The rest of it had never been professionally cleaned. They restored everything to like new appearance. Our home also still smells pleasant from the products they used. It's not an overbearing scent or unpleasant chemical-like odor. They went above and beyond. We moved everything we wanted to move to make way for them, but they exceeded that and moved bulky and heavy items to clean the areas under them. We weren't expecting them to do so but greatly appreciate it!

FibreCare cleaned my carpets and stretched the carpets in all my bedrooms. They look amazing. They look brand new. They cleaned the stairs to perfection. They also cleaned my tile floor in the kitchen. The grout looks like it did when it was first installed. The people are polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again and recommended them to my family and friends.

I had my area rug and sofa professionally cleaned, and they did an amazing job. Everything looks and feels refreshed, and I could definitely see the difference once they were finished. They were professional, thorough, and took their time to make sure everything was done right. I’m very pleased with the results and would absolutely use them again. Edited later to add: Be careful about their 10 day spot guarantee. Ask plenty of questions about what it covers and get verification in writing in case you need to refer to it later. Brian and Justin did a fantastic job on my huge sectional sofa! They were kind, professional, and skilled at their work. It felt like having family in my home! It was so easy to schedule, and they were communicative and punctual, too! I would give them a million stars! I will not ever use anyone else again!

We cannot say enough kind words about this business, the people behind it, and the work they did in our home! We have red clay in our backyard and two big pets coupled with a beige couch and stairs - not the best combination. 😅 I was convinced they just needed to be replaced after trying so many things to maintain them that didn’t work. After having Brian and his team come out, they truly look amazing and I learned so much about why the other things we tried didn’t work. Saved this Momma’s sanity! The first time we used this service, they cleaned and stretched the carpets. Since then, they have cleaned the carpets several times and deep cleaned some furniture as well. The carpets always look and smell clean, the prices are reasonable, and the service is professional and courteous. I gladly recommend them!

Absolutely incredible results. We had all the carpets in our home cleaned and they haven't looked this good, ever! I'll never go back to using the "magic water" guys again who have done the whole house at least twice over the 8 years we've lived here with at least 4 kids and 2 dogs. They never got up the stains like Fibercare. We couldn't be more pleased.

Fiber Care was awesome. I was leaving a rental property and had to have the carpet professionally cleaned. This stain was already in the house from the last tenant. I've a year later and fiber care got it out. They also take great care of the house, putting bump guards on the wall corners to make sure nothing gets damaged and even uses this innovative door thing to keep my air conditioning in the house. Top notch experience. Will be using them again for our furniture.

I contacted FiberCare after some pet accidents on my sofa. They used a great product ( unscented) and I'm very happy with the results.
