- Carpet Cleaning: Regular cleaning helps to prolong the life of your carpet. Fiber Care recommends having your carpets professionally cleaned every six months, but no less than every 12 months. Fiber Care uses methods approved by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), the industry's leading trade and certification organization. After a site inspection, Fiber Care will pre-treat the carpet to loosen the dirt from the carpet fiber. Then, with our modern truck-mounted cleaning system, Fiber Care technicians will extract the soil using a detergent and deodorizer. Rinsing is critical, as this keeps your carpet free from residues that cause your carpet to re-soil, and decreases drying time up to 30%, and leaves your carpet in prime condition for applying carpet protector.
- Upholstery Cleaning: Regular cleaning will help keep your furnishings looking their best. Fiber Care recommends cleaning once a year, and no less than once every two years for furniture that is used on a daily basis. Upholstered fabrics vary greatly, and some are sensitive. Make sure to use an IICRC-certified cleaner like Fiber Care to clean and protect your furniture.
- Carpet and Upholstery Protector: Once we've cleaned your carpets and upholstery, you'll want us to apply additional protection to help them resist soils and stains. Fiber Care uses the industry's leading protectors Dupont Advanced Teflon and 3M Scotchgard. Both come with a one-year warranty.
- Oriental and Area Rug Cleaning: Rugs take much of the wear and tear in a home. The wide variety of fibers and dye processes used to make these rugs makes cleaning by an expert a must!
- Pet Odor Removal: We've got pets. We know. We specialize in pet odor removal. Whether it's from light or heavy soiling, we can eliminate the odor. If the odor problem has seeped into the subflooring, all hope is not lost. We have a specialized process that can eliminate the problem.
- Black Edges: Do you have black edges around the baseboards, doors and corners of your carpeting? That's Soil Filtration, a natural result from your heating and air system. We can take away these unsightly black marks.
- Severe Stain Removal: Have a challenging stain, such as red wine, mustard, Kool-Aid and other juices? Our technicians have special spotting chemicals that may remove that "permanent" stain. If we can't get it out, no one can!
- Auto Carpet Cleaning: We clean carpeting and upholstery in your car, van or truck. Instead of covering up stale carpet smells with air fresheners, let us get it as clean as the day you bought it!
- Carpet Re-streching and Repairs: We can help you loose those unsightly seams and ripples. Because Fiber Care is IICRC certified, we'll reinstall your carpet using the proper techniques and tools. We can also make repairs if your carpet has been damaged.
